The Director of M/s Leela Residencies Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Warangan Kumar Ralhan started his business with a manufacturing Unit of Electrical Fans in New Delhi in the year 1987. Within the span of 2 years he expanded his business and started two manufacturing units of Electric fan stamping (fan valving) which was supplied all over India, however, specifically, he selected the market of Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi, Amritsar, Chandigarh & Tricity .

As a Builder he started his carrier in the year of 1996.He as a builder successfully delivered more than 500 houses including kothi’s , bunglows , floors , residential , commercial in Delhi NCR and near by cities. .Knowing his ability to continue and succeed in this business he continued and shifted to Panchkula , in the year 2010 to capture the growing market of Punjab. He purchased 18 plots in Sunny enclave Sector 125 Mohali and constructed Independent duplex and delivered the same in the open market to individuals .Thereafter he constructed a small colony with 18 Plots in Mohali in sector 129 and continued with this business till date.
